Mahasu Holidays – Cancellation Policy
At Mahasu Holidays, we understand that travel plans may need to change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair, balancing flexibility for our guests with the operational commitments we make on your behalf.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (email or contact form) as soon as possible. Cancellation charges will apply as per the schedule below:

| More than 30 days | 10% of total booking amount |
| 15 – 30 days | 25% of total booking amount |
| 7 – 14 days | 50% of total booking amount |
| Less than 7 days | 100% (No refund) |
Note: Any third-party fees (e.g., hotel, transport, permits) that are non-refundable will be deducted additionally.
2. Cancellation by Mahasu Holidays
In rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, operational issues), we may need to cancel or reschedule a trip. In such situations, we will:
- Offer an alternative tour/date of similar value, OR
- Provide a full refund (excluding non-refundable components)
3. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
- Mahasu Holidays is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
4. No Show & Early Departure
- No refunds will be given for no-shows or unused services once the tour begins.
- Early departure for personal reasons is non-refundable.
5. Modifications
Date or itinerary changes requested by the traveler may incur additional costs and are subject to availability.
